The Valleys prepares for this year's City to Bay run

Have you ever wanted to do the City to Bay run but weren’t sure how to train for it?

Back in 2019, we put together a team and represented the Y at the 6km division of City to Bay – and it was a smashing success! We are forming another team this year, supervised by our personal trainers at The Valleys. They will help with pre-event training and encourage you on the day of the run.

Important Dates

Training sessions start Monday June 21, 10:30am - 11am
City to Bay run will be on Sunday September 19, 8:20am
