LES MILLS On Demand offers over 800 of your favourite workouts across 13 categories. You can work out with classic programs such as BODYPUMP™ and BODYCOMBAT™, do mindfulness exercises, yoga and even dedicated programs to get the kids active.
YMCA USA has launched a new online community which includes group exercise classes like Boot Camp, Barre, Yoga and low impact programs for seniors.
YThrive Home is a series of online videos created by YMCA Canada designed to ensure you can still have your daily dose of the Y while practising social distancing. These instructional videos will walk you through a variety of different workouts from your living room.
